Your agreement with FireFly Resort for a safe and pleasant stay.

General Terms

Welcome to FireFly Resort. By making a reservation or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and any other individuals entering the resort premises. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Reservations, Check-in & Check-out

Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary guest at the time of check-in.

Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and will be charged.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment: At the time of booking you may pay 25%, 30%, 50% or the full amount online through PhonePe. Any balance is collected at check-in. Payments are processed securely by the gateway - we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, 90% is refunded 15+ days before check-in, 75% between 7 and 14 days, and 50% between 3 and 6 days. Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in and no-shows are not refundable.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The full slab, worked examples and how to cancel are on our Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Guest Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Loud music, parties, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A significant cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside rooms or non-designated areas.

FireFly Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We encourage guests to use the in-room safes provided.

Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account at the discretion of the management.
