Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Please tell us in advance so we can try to arrange it.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in. Local IDs may be refused at the resort's discretion.
• Your reservation is confirmed only once the online payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference (FF-XXXXXX).
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Meals requested outside these hours may be charged separately.
• Gala dinner supplements during Christmas, New Year and other festive periods are charged separately and are not included in the room tariff.
• Firefly Resort may cancel a booking that is found to be fraudulent, or that arises from a pricing or system error. Any amount paid in such a case is refunded in full.

When you book online you choose how much to pay now. The rest is collected at the resort during check-in.

• Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• The balance shown on your confirmation is payable at check-in by cash, card or UPI.
• All rates are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the booking screen.
• Extra guests, extra beds, meals other than breakfast, and any activity booked at the resort are charged over and above the room tariff.

Cancellations are calculated on the amount you have paid online, against how far your check-in date is when you cancel.

How to cancel

• Email admin@snrfireflyresort.in or call +91 79076 66766 with your booking reference.
• The cancellation takes effect from the time we receive your written request. A phone call must be followed by an email for the timing to be recorded.
• Approved refunds are sent back to the same account or card you paid from, and reach you within 7 to 10 working days.
• Bank or gateway charges, where applicable, are deducted from the refund.
• Early departure, unused nights and no-shows are not refundable.

• A date change requested 15 days or more before check-in is free once, subject to availability. Any difference in tariff for the new dates is payable.
• Inside 15 days, a change is treated as a cancellation and re-booking, and the refund table above applies.
• Reducing the number of nights or rooms after confirmation is treated as a partial cancellation of the portion removed.
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from the resort.

• Children below 5 years stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding.
• Children between 5 and 12 years are charged an extra-person rate.
• Guests above 12 years are treated as adults and charged accordingly.
• Children must be supervised at all times near the river, pools and open areas.

• Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or enclosed public areas.
• Loud music and parties that disturb other guests are not permitted. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM.
• Any damage to resort property is charged to the guest at the discretion of management.
• Firefly Resort is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room storage provided.

Meeting Hall, banquet and event bookings are contracted separately and are not covered by the room cancellation table above. Terms, advance and cancellation charges are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
